These techniques include NLP, Cognitive Hypnotherapy and Positive psychology based Project You Coaching .

We may use standalone techniques or a powerful mixture that will suite your individual needs.

I've learnt these new and exciting techniques from training with the very best including Trevor Silvester , founder of the internationally recognised Quest Institute and author of Wordweaving 1and 2 and many news and magazine articles.

My trainings have also included working with Jamie Edwards at Trained Brain , one of this country's most prolific sport and business mindcoaches. I've also been trained by Andie Hemmings , again a leading business mindcoach.

These trainings have given me an approach that few can offer and that means I could be just the person to help you discover just how successful you can be.

I attend continuing professional development trainings whenever I can so that I'm up to date with all the very latest discoveries within the world of mindcoaching and Positive Psychology.

I also regularly assist for the Quest institute on their Diploma and Master Practitioner courses.

The NCH (National Council for Hypnotherapy) are one of the largest regulating bodies around today with their high standards and strict code of conduct. I am glad to be a member of which means my clients can have peace of mind knowing they will have a trusting and ethical atmosphere during our sessions together.

I'm also a member of the Community of Applied Positive Psychology with their up to date training and seminars.
