Everyone could benefit from having Mindwise sessions at sometime in their lives but mostly people come along when they feel or know that it's time to do something positive about their particular issue because perhaps it seems to have too much control in their lives and may be limiting them in some way.

The list of issues it can deal with is much too long to include everything on this page but here are a few of the most common problems. I f you feel your suffering from an issue that's not included you can rest assure knowing that my approach can almost always help.
Anxiety
You may feel anxious in certain situations or events where that feeling can get so extreme it keeps you from doing certain things or going certain places. Your anxiety may have a real physical effect on you or make you feel really uncomfortable. What would it be like to feel relaxed about it instead?
Phobia's
Are you suffering from an irrational fear of something which shouldn't really cause you to have the reaction you do. It maybe the more obvious ones like spiders or flying, to the more unusual. Wouldn't it be great to be able to overcome that reaction?
Unwanted Habits
Do you have a habit that would be best given up? Perhaps it's something you just can't seem to stop doing. This could be things like nail biting, eating excessively, hand washing, OCD (Obsessive compulsive Disorder) or any other habit you would like to be without. Life without that craving, How good is that?
Panic Attacks
Perhaps your anxiety about certain situations or events lead to uncontrollable panic attacks. This can be a very real physical response which may include rapid heartbeat, shortness of breath, shaking, or many other symptoms that may lead to the need to get away from the situation. Just imagine being able to go into those situations calmly and relaxed.
Addictions
Addictions to alcohol, drugs, eating and other certain things may be the way you reward yourself but it may have got to the point where you're dependant on these things and can't go without. Imagine your life without having to rely on that addiction.
Eating Issues
What kind of relationship do you have with food? Have you been trying to cope with Anorexia, Bulimia or Overeating? Could it be time to do something positive about the problem?
Lack of Confidence
Do you believe you lack confidence in part of your life? Is it stopping you from progressing in some way? Public Speaking, presentations or maybe you find it a problem to mix with other people socially or at work. Perhaps you just don't feel confident in what you do or how you think others perceive you. How would your life change if you can be confident?
Stress
Is it hard for you to relax or stay calm in your work or personal life? Do you bring the day's stresses home with you? Perhaps it affects you in many ways. There may be stress around a certain situation or things that you worry about happening. How good would it be to learn to stay relaxed and calm even when things seem difficult?
Depression
Low mood affects us all at some time. Do you feel like you can't shake off this depression? Are your sleep and thought patterns effected. You may be controlling it with anti-depressants at the moment but want to try and move on to a life without them. It may be that you know why you're depressed or it's just appeared for no apparent reason. When this depression lifts, how happy could you be?
Low Self Esteem
Is your self-belief low? Are you living to your full potential or do you tend to think you're not good enough, not worthy or even a bad person? Our beliefs about ourselves can sometimes keep us from living the life we want or deserve. Do you feel you're not capable or confident enough to achieve your dreams? What might be possible if you totally believed in yourself?
Health Issues
Illness and physical symptoms can have a connection to the way we feel and think. These physical effects can be eased or even eradicated. Cancer, strokes and other major issues can sometimes be controlled as with other problems like hyper-tension, tinnitus and unwanted pain.
