Director of Portfolio Management

Kara is responsible for developing and standardizing project and change management tools, processes, and best practices across MindWise teams. She also oversees the strategic project delivery of new program development, service expansion, and client partnerships.

Her 20 years of experience have been spent largely in non-profit leadership and service delivery, with forays into the for-profit sector allowing her to directly apply new learnings and innovation to her current work. In her off-hours, Kara loves to travel, explore, and shop for Halloween costumes with her two boys.
