Manager of Growth, Education and State/Local Solutions

As our Manager of Growth, Michelle guides educational institutions and government organizations on their path to better behavioral health practices and is a passionate problem solver in helping clients build the case for mental health and substance use support.

Throughout her career, Michelle has spent more than 25 years in various external affairs positions overseeing and advancing key initiatives, while fortifying brand reputations for corporate, non-profit, and government organizations through community outreach, coalition building, strategic advocacy, and event planning with the goal of educating, informing, and engaging partners and the public. Michelle’s background includes working in two gubernatorial administrations, leadership positions with school districts, business advocacy organizations, and non-profits.

Outside of MindWise, she spends her time volunteering for the Frosted Faces Foundation and traveling across the U.S. with the goal of visiting every state in the country.
