Nicole Gagne

Behavioral Health Consultant

Nicole Gagne is an experienced clinician and administrator with more than 30 years of experience supervising and managing both clinical and administrative teams. She is a skilled communicator who excels in building alliances between providers, funding bodies, and clients.

Ms. Gagne’s most recent role was as the Chief Operating Officer at Center for Human Development. Immediately before stepping into this role, Gagne served as the CEO of Community Healthlink, which is part of the UMASS Memorial Health system. In that role she oversaw a federally qualified health center and sat on the executive team of UMASS Memorial Health. This experience makes her uniquely qualified to understand the system of health care from multiple angles.

Ms. Gagne has had a long and diverse career working in behavioral health and human service organizations. She has served in executive management in several organizations around the northeast and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience of how systems work. She has been involved in healthcare system change throughout her career.

Ms. Gagne earned a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Assumption College and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from UMass Lowell. She has spent the last 30 years working in a variety of settings with children, families and individuals who are dealing with behavioral health issues. In addition to her work in treatment settings, Gagne teaches at area colleges and speaks at seminars and conferences about working in the behavioral health sector.
